For most jobs we arrange a site visit; for smaller ones, photos and measurements are enough.

You receive a quote with the scope of work and an approximate time frame.
The work
We do the work as agreed and leave the site tidy.
Maintenance
If you wish, we continue with regular maintenance through the season.

What to prepare when you enquire
The more precise the description, the faster and more accurate the quote. These help the most:
- A few photos of the area or plants
- Rough measurements or area size (an estimate is fine)
- The job location
- A short description of your wishes and any deadlines
- Access details (driveway, space for machinery)
If you don't know something, no problem — we clarify missing details at the site visit.

About working together
Is the site visit charged?
The terms of the site visit are agreed when you enquire — depending on the location and the type and scope of the project.
How soon can the work be done?
Timing depends on the season and our workload. In peak season (spring, early summer) there are the most enquiries, so it pays to book early. We always state an approximate time frame in the quote.
Do you also work for companies on ongoing contracts?
Yes — for business and other premises we can agree regular maintenance with a fixed schedule and scope of work.
